Quick Start

Overview

派宝 is an AI-powered B2B digital workforce platform that helps businesses automate customer engagement through WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messaging channels.

Prerequisites

• A WhatsApp Business account (or personal number)
• A 派宝 account (Sign up)

Step 1: Log In

Visit ai.paibao.ai and log in.

Step 2: Create an Agent

1. Go to Dashboard → Agents
2. Click Create Agent
3. Set the AI persona name and description
4. Choose an LLM model (Claude Sonnet recommended)

Step 3: Connect WhatsApp

1. Open the Agent detail page
2. Click Connect WhatsApp
3. Scan the QR code with your phone
4. Send a test message to verify

Step 4: Set Up Knowledge Base

1. Go to Knowledge Base
2. Upload product catalogs (PDF/docs)
3. AI will learn the content and respond based on it
